4. Legal Costs and Compensation Claims

• ConstructionLaborHub is not responsible for legal costs or compensation claims arising from damages or incidents involving employees provided by ConstructionLaborHub.

• The client is responsible for handling all legal matters and compensation claims related to the employees' work.

5. Labor from Abroad

• ConstructionLaborHub assists in recruiting and providing labor from Dubai, Turkey, and Pakistan.

• ConstructionLaborHub is responsible for ensuring that all necessary visas, work permits, and documentation are in place for employees from abroad.

6. Client Responsibilities

• ConstructionLaborHub recommends that the client addresses all relevant questions about workers before signing the contract. Once the contract is signed, the client acknowledges and agrees to the company's terms and conditions.

• ConstructionLaborHub is not responsible if an employee does not meet the company's qualification requirements, as employees may sometimes have qualifications that are not suitable.

• The client cannot sue ConstructionLaborHub if the foreign employee is not qualified for the job. The client must individually arrange with the employee regarding continuation, additional training, or other procedures.

• The client is responsible for staying updated on any changes to the company's terms and conditions via the company's website.

7. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms in the collaboration contract.

• Late payments may incur interest and fees in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Termination of Contract
